Employees must make an effort to keep up with all product information and updates so they can effectively deliver the level of service that is expected of our staff. You’ll have to be willing to study and to attend information sessions and technical training, but there is a lot of internal support and team building within the staff.

LadySport staff should have a friendly attitude to all customers, from greeting them in the store to general conversations and servicing their unique needs. 

You must be patient, calm, and composed under pressure
Our customers expect a high level of attention and care. They would like to be looked after in a timely, friendly, and appreciative manner. There are times in the store when you will have to look after several customers at a time and must strive to maintain the expected level of service with each customer.
