To be eligible for a full refund the item(s) purchased must have been a regular priced item and have been purchased within the previous 7 days, as noted on the receipt. The item(s) must be clean and resellable at the purchase price as determined by the discretion of the manager. The item bust be accompanied by the original receipt or be retraceable through the purchaser’s name in our store computer database. Refunds will be issued in the same currency/paying method as the original purchase.
To be eligible for a store credit a returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or be retraceable by the purchaser’s name in our store computer database. Credits will be held in our computer under the purchaser’s name for up to three years before being deleted.
